YOUNG LENA FROM POLAND IS HAPPY TO RECEIVE HER PROSTHESIS

Five year old Lena from Poland, who was born without a left forearm, received a prosthesis.

While the family did not receive any funding from the government, the Red Line Foundation stepped to provide financial assistance to the Sniatala family and Lena received the first prosthesis in her life. It was produced by Ottobock.

Lena loves to play with horses and puzzles. The prosthesis will make her everyday life easier and help her to socialize. 

“Lenka is very happy, she helps herself, grabs objects, the smile on Lenka’s face never disappears”, Lena`s mother says.
